The project aims to create a Research and journal Publishing Application for Bangladesh's National Academy for Planning and Development (NAPD). This application will streamline the submission, review, and publication of research articles, fostering research and knowledge dissemination in planning and development. Key objectives include efficient manuscript submission, transparent peer review, author-editor collaboration, publication and indexing, reviewer management, and analytics/reporting.
